Brian Lawson of PolitickerNH.com writes about the pitiful rating given to Congressman Paul Hodes from the Club for Growth. Lawson quotes Grant Bosse regarding Hodes' constant disrespect for taxpayer dollars.

Congressional candidate Grant Bosse (R-Hillsboro) used the rankings has an opportunity to criticize Hodes.

"New Hampshire can't afford another two years of Paul Hodes' budget-busting votes," Bosse said in a statement. "Paul Hodes votes against economic growth 94 percent of the time. But in November, we can make sure he's failed us for the last time."

Hodes Fails Economy
Receives pitiful 6% rating from Club for Growth

(Hillsboro) Republican Grant Bosse today decried Congressman Paul Hodes’ record on economic policy. Hodes received a pitiful 6% rating from the Club for Growth’s 2007 Congressional Scorecard. The Club for Growth monitors the actions and voting behavior of members of Congress on economic growth issues.

“As the American economy teeters on the brink of recession, Paul Hodes continues to support policies that are slowing it down,” said Bosse. “Paul Hodes’ addiction to wasteful government spending and abuse of our tax dollars is putting the economy at risk.”

Among the votes on Hodes’ abysmal anti-growth record were opposition to reductions in federal spending, support for the corrupt practice of “earmarking”, and repeated votes against tax relief for American families.

“New Hampshire can’t afford another two years of Paul Hodes’ budget-busting votes,” Bosse continued. “Paul Hodes votes against economic growth 94 percent of the time. But in November, we can make sure he’s failed us for the last time.”

Bosse’s campaign is centered on freeing the economy from taxes, mandates and over regulation, winning the war against Islamic Fascism, and securing our borders. For more information on Bosse’s campaign, go to www.Bosse2008.com.
