From the Nashua Telegraph

Kevin Landrigan writes in this morning's Nashua Telegraph about Grant's call for reform of the Congressional Franking Privilege.

"Just because it's legal doesn't mean it's right,'' Bosse told reporters.

Bosse endorsed two pending House Republican bills that would ban unsolicited mailing by members of Congress and require that they include on them the taxpayer cost of sending the mail.

He also seeks to prevent taxpayer mail money going to political organizations. Both Rep. Carol Shea-Porter and Hodes spent $5,000 to buy the list of Democratic and independent voter names from the N.H. Democratic Party.

"This is improper. We need to change the law at the federal level,'' Bosse said.
